Yes. Our platform automatically saves your progress as you work. You can log out at any time and return later to complete your forms.
All data is securely stored and encrypted. Your partially completed forms remain accessible in your account until you're ready to file.
If your return has not yet been transmitted, you can review and correct your information before filing.
Once a return is transmitted to the IRS, corrections may require an amended return in accordance with IRS procedures. Our platform includes validation checks to help catch common errors before filing.
Due to the nature of electronic tax filing, fees are generally non-refundable once a return has been transmitted to the IRS.
If a technical error or system issue prevents successful submission, we will work with you to resolve the issue or determine an appropriate resolution. This approach aligns with standard IRS electronic filing practices.
